Healthcare Commission Spot Audit

On 14th August 2006 the Healthcare Commission carried out a spot audit at
Pinetree Beauty salon. We're pleased to say that we passed with flying colours!

Customer Survey

During August you may be asked to complete a Customer Survey Questionnaire.
These Questionnaires will be independently reviewed and advice given to Pinetree
improving the level of service and products we offer.

Healthcare Commission Registration
-
In January 2006 Pinetree passed an audit by the Healthcare Commission. This
demonstrates that the standard of care at Pinetree is of equivalent standard to
that of a Hospital. We are the only beauty salon in Loughborough to have
achieved this standard.

Beauty Rooms
-
Some of the beauty rooms are being redecorated and equipped with
showers. This will make body treatments more pleasurable for our customers. The
work will be carried out outside of opening hours so there will be no
inconvenience. Shown below is our first completed room.

Nail Art

Pinetree are pleased to now have an exclusive range of nail art from Shugar.
This is a high quality Japanese range that has just entered the UK.

Calgel Nails
-
Calgel nails is the latest addition to Pinetree's ranges. In addition we have
the very latest in nail bars from Purex. This is available from October 2005.

Online Shopping

Online shopping added to Pinetree Beauty Salons website. October 2005.

MD Formulations

June and July saw the MD Formulations range extended with their Vitage range. We also
continued to be a Salon of Excellence with Cosmeceuticals.

Mens ranges extended
May saw the addition of the excellent Elemis "Time for Men" range
to our portfolio of products. April 2005.
Commitment to Investors In People
Pinetree Beauty Salon has committed to achieving the Investors In People
standard in 2005.
Elemis comes to Pinetree Beauty Salon
February 2005 sees the arrival of the Elemis product range to Pinetree Beauty
Salon. The full range of Elemis treatments will be available in March.
St. Tropez Airport comes to Pinetree Beauty Salon
December 2004 saw the arrival of the St. Tropez Airport to Pinetree Beauty
Salon. In it's own dedicated room the Airport offers the finest in spray tans.
